Gîte La Sentinelle is a very comfortable two bedroom cottage. It has lots of authentic details. The former old barn, completely restored, is built with the yellow sandstone which is so characteristic for this region. It’s a house for 5 people.
On both sides of the cottage you’ll find comfortable and cosy little corners to sit with a table and a bench made of sandstone. In front of the cottage you’ll find your private covered terrace. From the house you have a nice view on the traditional courtyard with its ancient dry well.
On the ground floor the cottage has a cosy lounge/dining area. There are 2 comfortable sofa’s and 2 easy chairs, TV, DVD/radio-CD player and a wood-burning stove. Wifi available.
The open-plan well-equipped kitchen is provided with an electric cooker (4 burners), large fridge with a separate freezer, dishwasher, electric water kettle and microwave.
There is also a barbecue available.
Available for all guests are lots of family games, for all ages.
On the first floor you’ll find two nice bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom (shower, basin (sink), toilet).
On the ground floor there is another bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
No smoking allowed inside the cottage.
A baby bed and baby chair is available on request. You have use of a washing machine, a tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
The sunny swimming pool (12×6 meters) gives a lot of pleasure to all ages. If you want to swim or you’re looking for a fresh dive during summertime, the pool is the place to be.
The spacious terrace around the pool has sun beds and beach-umbrellas.
We also use the pool every now and then.
The garden is mostly lawn on different levels and there are lot of interesting places for the young ones to play. There is also a ping-pong table.
The cottage is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
In the parking lot you can charge your electric car overnight (paid) at the charging point (3.7 kW).
